  • Tracer Survey Methodology.
  • Tracer Survey: Documentation Review and Evidence Collection.

Day 2:

  • Tracer survey: Conducting Effective Interviews.
  • Surveyor Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ethics and Professional Conduct.

Day 3:

  • Practicum; Conducting a Tracer Survey in a Healthcare Facility.

Day 4:

  • Practicum; Conducting a Tracer Survey in a Healthcare Facility.

Day 5:

  • Practicum; Conducting a Tracer Survey in a Healthcare Facility.

Day 6:

Day 7:

  • Survey Report Writing.
